Our plan generator can only generate plans for detached single family homes of 1 or 2 floors.

However, if you already have an existing plan, we may be able to digitize it for further refinement.

If you don’t have a plan but have instructions or guidelines, our Advanced Editor allows you to start from scratch and manually create a layout based on your specifications. The feasibility of this depends on the complexity of your requirements.

While you cannot generate multi-unit, apartment, or condo plans, you can bring an existing plan to refine it or work with us to get started manually. Contact us at help@maket.ca for help on getting started with your plan whether it's for digitizing or starting from scratch.
