How to edit your plan using advanced editing


Quick Steps


  1. Open the Sidebar: Click Build to access editing tools.
  2. Modify Structure: Add rooms, walls, doors, windows, and structural elements as needed.
  3. Furnish & Decorate: Use the Objects tab to add furniture and decor.
  4. Customize Finishes: Apply flooring, wallpaper, paint, and materials from the Finishes tab.
  5. Refine & Adjust: Move, resize, or replace elements to perfect your design.
  6. Save & Continue: Your changes are automatically saved within your project



Editing your plan in Maket is simple and gives you complete control over your design. Use the sidebar tools to add walls, doors, windows, and structural elements, then bring your space to life with over 250,000+ assets including furniture, materials, and finishes like flooring and wallpaper.


Step 1: Open the Sidebar


Click on Build in the left-hand sidebar to access all the editing tools. This is where you can modify the structure of your design.


Step 2: Modify the Structure


  • Draw Rooms & Walls: Shape your space by adding custom rooms and walls.
  • Place Doors & Windows: Select and position different styles to match your design.
  • Add Structural Elements: Include beams, columns, or other architectural features for realism.


Step 3: Furnish Your Space


Click on Objects to access 250,000+ furniture and decor assets. You can add sofas, tables, lighting, appliances, and more to complete your space. Simply drag and drop each element into the plan.


Step 4: Customize Finishes


Use the Finishes tab to apply flooring, wallpaper, paint, and materials. Experiment with different styles to match your vision.


Step 5: Adjust & Fine-Tune


Move, resize, or replace objects and structural elements as needed. Make small refinements to perfect your plan.

  • Render Your Design: Generate high-quality images of your space.
  • Export & Share: Save your plan as a PDF, DXF, or JPEG for easy sharing.
  • View it in 3D: Click the top right corner button to see it in 3D.
