My plan isn't being recognized properly with AI
Sometimes, the AI plan recognizer may not fully recognize your uploaded plan. This can happen if the plan is too complex, low resolution, or contains elements beyond the model's current capabilities. Here’s how to handle these situations and get the best results.
Step 1: Ensure the Plan Is in the Correct Format
Upload files as JPEG or PNG for optimal results. If your plan is a PDF, take a clear screenshot and upload it instead.
Step 2: Try Adjusting the Scale Rate
Experiment with different scale rate numbers (e.g., 1000, 500, 2000) to improve accuracy. The scale rate determines the proportion of the uploaded plan, so using the correct value can make a significant difference.
Step 3: Identify Possible Plan Issues
A Good Example: Clear and easy-to-read plans are processed well, with minor errors that can be manually adjusted.
Needs Some Touch-Ups: Plans that are mostly clear but contain incomplete rooms, crooked walls, or missing elements. These errors can often be fixed by editing the plan directly in Maket.
How would I fix it?
Too Complex: Plans that are highly detailed or include elements like electrical, plumbing, or annotations may be too intricate for the AI to process.
Step 4: Use the Human Digitization Option
If your plan remains unrecognized after multiple attempts, it may be too complex for the current AI model. You can upload the file for human digitization. Our team can manually process the plan to ensure accuracy.
Additional Notes
Common Issues: Low-resolution, overloaded, or hand-drawn plans may lead to errors.
File Size: Ensure your files are under 20 MB for smooth uploads.
