Quick Steps

1. Click on an existing project or use the Create button in the top-right corner.
2. Select "From Upload" from the menu.
3. Click "Sketch to Editable Plan" to use AI for plan recognition.
4. Enter the following details:

• Name: Give your plan a name.
• Type: Choose between "Drawing" or "Hand-Drawing."
• Scale Rate: Input the scale for accurate rendering.

5. Click "Continue" to generate your editable plan.

Note: AI may produce errors with low-resolution or hand-drawn plans. Ensure your file is a JPEG or PNG under 20 MB for the best results.

Uploading an existing plan to Maket is quick and easy. Use AI to recognize your floorplan and convert it into an editable design. Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Access the Upload Feature

To begin, either click on an existing project or use the Create button located in the top-right corner of the homepage.

Step 2: Select "From Upload"

In the Create menu, choose the "From Upload" option to upload an existing file.

Step 3: Choose "Sketch to Editable Plan"

Once you’re in the upload menu, click on "Sketch to Editable Plan." This feature uses AI to analyze and recognize the floorplan. Keep in mind that while powerful, the AI may produce errors, especially with low-resolution or hand-drawn plans.

Step 4: Enter Plan Details

Provide the required information to process your upload:

• Name: Give your plan a clear and specific name.
• Type: Select the appropriate type of plan (e.g., drawing or hand-drawing).
• Scale Rate: Input the scale of your plan to ensure accurate rendering.

Important Notes

• Errors: The AI might struggle with overloaded, low-resolution, or hand-drawn plans.
• File Types: Upload only JPEG or PNG files under 20 MB.
• Tip: If your plan is a PDF, take a screenshot and save it as a supported format.

What’s Next?

Once your plan has been uploaded and generated, you can:

• Edit: Make adjustments to your plan using Maket’s intuitive editing tools.
• Render: Click over and view it in 3D using the right corner button.
• Save and Share: Organize your project and share it with clients or collaborators for feedback.
