Why is my prompt not being respected when generating images or renders?

AI models can sometimes be unpredictable, and results may not always perfectly match your prompt. If your image isn’t turning out as expected, try rewording your prompt—clear, concise descriptions work best, while overly detailed prompts can confuse the AI.

Play around with different phrasing and regenerate a few times to get the right look. Also, always export your image for the best quality, as the preview may not fully reflect the final result.

This is an example of an overly complicated prompt:

"A modern living room with exactly two 7-foot-long gray sofas positioned at a 90-degree angle, a 3.5-foot-wide black marble coffee table in the center, and a 10x12 white area rug underneath. There are five recessed ceiling lights spaced evenly 2 feet apart, with a 6-foot-tall potted plant in the back left corner. The windows should be 4 feet wide and have sheer white curtains, while the wall behind the TV must be dark gray with a built-in 8-foot floating shelf."

Why It Doesn’t Work: AI struggles with exact dimensions and placement details. It may ignore or misinterpret highly specific measurements.

And here is an example of a better one:

"A modern living room with gray sofas, a black marble coffee table, and a white area rug. Features soft recessed lighting, a large potted plant for decor, and sheer white curtains over wide windows. The walls are dark gray with a sleek floating shelf for a contemporary feel."

Why It Works: This keeps key details about style, materials, and colors while allowing the AI to create a natural, visually appealing space.
